As an employer, and as a Toronto-based company, Foster cares about the community we live in. We are a committed supporter of CAMH, Centre for Addiction and Mental Health; a Toronto institution with national impact.

Mental illness and addiction are a part of a silent epidemic and the leading cause of disability in Canada. Though one in five Canadians will experience mental illness this year, mental illness and addiction can touch anyone, in one way or another, either themselves or through family, friends, neighbours or co-workers.
CAMH is at the forefront of changing how the world thinks about mental health. It is the largest mental health and addiction research facility in Canada, employing over 100 full-time scientists and 400 research staff. It combines clinical care, research, education, policy development and health promotion to help transform the lives of people affected by mental illness and addiction. CAMH is fully affiliated with the University of Toronto, home to the Campbell Family Mental Health Research Institute and is a Pan American Health Organization/World Health Organization Collaborating Centre.
The next breakthroughs in mental health will happen at CAMH, and Foster is proud to support its efforts.

Foster proudly displays work acquired through
the Art Rental Program at Workman Arts.

For over twenty-five years, Workman Arts has empowered aspiring, emerging and established artists with mental illness and addiction issues to develop and refine their art practice through multifaceted arts training programs and public performance/exhibition opportunities in five disciplines: music, theatre, visual, literary and media arts.

Workman Arts online art rental and sales gallery promotes member artists through the sale, rental and exhibition of their work. The program’s inventory includes a wide range of mediums and sizes by a variety of emerging and established artists. Foster is currently displaying art by Workman Arts artist Michael Morbach in its meeting rooms.
